Been dreaming about mountains of tomatoes, peppers, and sweet corn? Then come celebrate the bounties of summer at the Pantry! In this class we’ll break out the grill to create a summer meal with all of the colors flooding farmer’s markets this time of year. Renée Beaudoin will teach you how to make grilled eggplant with jalapeno crema, caramelized apricots, and torn bread; stone fruit and heirloom tomatoes with summer herbs and homemade hot pepper vinegar; charred summer squash, scallions, and green beans with feta and sweet corn vinaigrette; and chunky grilled peach caramel sauce poured over blackberry creme fraiche ice cream.
