Join Pakistani chef and educator Kausar Ahmed for a class filled with traditional techniques, family stories, and lots of bold flavors. On the menu: dum kay pasanday (slow-roasted masala-rubbed beef); mirchi ka salan (chili peppers in peanut and coconut curry); homestyle kulcha (flatbread traditionally cooked in a tandoor); baingan bharta raita (smokey roasted eggplant with yogurt and spices); and aam ka achar (mango pickle).
