Bartending was something Jermaine fell into. Like most, he was strapped for cash and needed more income to pay looming tuition bills. He started bar-backing at Floyd’s Place in Queen Anne, and though it was the bottom of the totem pole, he loved the fast-paced environment, the multi-tasking, and the surge of adrenaline of a nightly rush. Many years, nine bars/restaurants, and a degree later, he still loves his job, and takes pride in giving people the drink and the experience they need for the night. Jermaine enjoys all spirits and cocktails, but gravitates to Japanese whisky, highlands, and brandies.
