firm apples

whole milk
heavy whipping cream

Dry Goods / Pantry:
active dry yeast
all-purpose flour
granulated sugar
peanut oil (or canola, safflower)
powdered sugar
apple cider (apple juice can work)
apple cider vinegar
neutral oil

vanilla bean (or vanilla extract)
kosher salt
flake salt (optional)
