Dairy:
unsalted butter
large eggs
buttermilk
cream cheese

Dry Goods / Pantry:
light brown sugar
powdered sugar
all-purpose flour
vanilla extract
baking soda
white chocolate chips
yellow decorating sugar
flake salt
cocoa powder
sugar
kosher salt

Spices:
poppy seeds

Equipment List:
2 baking sheets
Cooling racks
Stand mixer with paddle and whisk attachments*
Double boiler or small saucepan and a bowl that fits on top
Ice cream scoop
2 pastry bags (or ziplock bags) (Note: will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
Parchment paper (Note: will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
Small metal tip (optional)
Whisk
Instant read thermometer

* While you can make these with a hand mixer, you will be holding the hand mixer for a very long time while you make the buttercream. If you don’t have a stand mixer, but could borrow one from someone, I would highly recommend that.
