Produce:
parsley

oregano (or substitute with marjoram)

celery root (celeriac)

regular garlic (or black garlic)

Dairy:
unsalted butter
cream

Dry Goods / Pantry:
coffee beans
dark roast brewed coffee
Muir Glen fire-roasted whole tomatoes
tomato paste
dark chocolate (ideally 70%)
brown sugar
extra virgin olive oil
high heat vegetable oil
kosher salt and/or fine sea salt

Protein:
beef short ribs

ancho chile powder (use the larger amount if you want more)
