1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon Sambal chili sauce
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
8 ounce vermicelli rice noodles
8 sheets of rice paper
1 tablespoon neutral flavored oil
Soy sauce

1 pound 16/20 shrimp
8 ounce pork loin
Cooked salmon
Tofu: Fresh or fried
