We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.
On the menu:
Pâté Sucrée (Sweet Tart Crust Dough)
Summer Berry Tart with Pastry Cream with Jelly Glaze
Mango, Lime, and Ginger Cream Tart
berries, any combination – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, Marionberries, etc.
fresh or frozen mango
Dry Goods / Pantry:
red currant or apple jelly
vanilla bean or extract
Two 9-inch tart pans (or a combo of 1 9” tart pan, plus four to eight 4” tartelettes or 4” flan rings)
Stand mixer (you can make the dough by hand, but it will be time consuming, you can do it!)
Small and medium bowls (2-3)
Fine mesh sieve
Medium saucepan (2)
Pie weights (or beans, about 4-5 cups) (Note: will be included if you purchase and ingredients kit.)
