We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:
Southern Biscuits
Pork Sausage Gravy
Caramelized Onion and Gruyere Biscuit

Shopping List:

yellow onion

sour cream
unsalted butter
buttermilk (full fat is best, bow low fat will work)
whole milk
gruyere cheese

Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour
baking powder (I like Rumford brand)
kosher salt
olive oil
Your favorite hot sauce (optional; I like Crystal brand)

bulk pork breakfast sausage

freshly ground pepper

Equipment List:
One large bowl
Measuring cups and measuring spoons
Wooden spoon
Rubber spatula
Rolling pin
3” biscuit cutter
Sheet pans (2)
Two pieces of parchment for sheet pans)
Offset spatula or a butter knife
Wet pastry brush
Medium saucepan or dutch oven
Small saucepan, or bowl for melting butter
Cutting board
Knife for cutting onion and gruyere
Medium saute pan with lid (lid is nice, but not required)
