Alternative wines:

Penedès, Catalonia, Spain
Alternative Regional Grapes: Garnacha, Carinena, Monastrell and Tempranillo
Style: dry, still wine

Sicily, Italy
Alternative Regional Grapes: Frappato, Nero d’Avola, Perricone, Pinot Nero

Northern Greece
