On the menu:
Soft pretzel dough
Peanut butter stuffed pretzels
Beer cheese dipping sauce
Chocolate bourbon dipping ganache

Shopping List:
Dairy:
4 ounces (1 stick) butter
6 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream

Protein:
1 egg

Dry Goods / Pantry:
2 pounds 12 ounces bread flour
3/4 ounce (2 1/2 tablespoons) instant yeast
2 tablespoons malt syrup (or honey)
3 tablespoons pretzel salt
2 1/2 ounces sodium hydroxide (food grade lye)
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dark beer
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate
2 tablespoons bourbon
3 tablespoons kosher salt

Spices:
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Equipment List:
Stand mixer (or lots of elbow grease!)
3 cookie sheets
2 silicone baking sheets (not required but very helpful!)
Parchment paper
Medium saucepan
Small saucepan
Heat-safe bowl that can hold about a quart
Food processor
Large cooking pot that can hold 1 1/2 gallons (not an aluminum or non stick pot!)
Spider or large slotted spoon
Rolling pin
16-inch inch piping bag (reusable or plastic) or a gallon zip lock bag
