We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:
Pistachio Macarons
Yuzu Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Dairy:
eggs
unsalted butter

Dry Goods / Pantry:
blanched almond meal
dry roasted unsalted pistachios (shelled)
kosher salt
granulated sugar
powdered sugar
yuzu juice (a good substitution is Meyer lemon or equal parts lemon and tangerine juice)
gel food coloring green gel coloring or color of choice (optional)

 

Equipment List:
Stand mixer or hand mixer
Food processor
Spatula
Mesh strainer/sifter
2 sheet pans
2 sheets of parchment paper
Macaron template (we will email to you!)
Piping bag
Round piping tip (like the Wilton 1A or the Ateco #805)
Saucepan
Heat-safe bowl to make a bain marie (if not using a metal stand mixer bowl)
Spice grinder (OPTIONAL)
