On the menu:
Pasta Dough for Pici and Strozzapreti
Wild Mushroom Sauce with Thyme, Blistered Cherry Tomatoes and a Touch of Cream

Produce:
cherry tomatoes
parsley

Dairy:
cream

Dry Goods / Pantry:
dried porcini mushroom
dry white vermouth
extra virgin olive oil
all-purpose flour
finely ground semolina flour
Kosher salt

Spices:
red pepper flakes

Equipment List:
Automatic or hand crank pasta roller OR rolling pin
Wooden cutting board
Several bowls of various sizes
A fork to mix pasta dough with
2 baking sheets
A bowl of 1/2 cup semolina flour on the side for dusting
A bowl of 1/2 cup room water (cold or room temp) on the side to moisten board, as needed
Large skillet
Pasta pot
Wooden spoon
Spider or tongs (to remove pasta from pot)
Spice grinder (aka coffee grinder)
