We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.
On the menu:
Maast-o Khiar (minty yogurt with cucumbers, raisins, and rose petals )
Khoresh Morgh-e Torsh (braised chicken in tangy sauce with walnuts and fresh herbs)
Khoresh Baghaleh Ghatogh (fava beans and dill stew with turmeric poached eggs)

frozen peeled fava beans or canned butter beans

skin-on, bone-in chicken pieces

Cutting board
Knife
1 medium sized mixing bowl ( for the yogurt)
1 rubber spatula
1 food processor
1 large Dutch oven or frying pan with a lid (for the chicken)
1 large bowl (for the chicken)
1 medium sized pot (for the stew)
