Buttery Mashed Potato, Cabbage, Sauerkraut, and Coriander Pelmeni with Spiced Yogurt and Browned Butter

Produce:

Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour
kosher salt
safflower oil
full-fat Greek yogurt

your favorite hot sauce (I like to use Crystal Hot Sauce)
pomegranate molasses
