We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:
chicken, ginger, and cabbage momos
(or the vegetarian option: mushroom, ginger, and cabbage momos)
spicy tomato & sesame chutney

Shopping List:

Produce:
onion
garlic
ginger
scallions
fresh green cabbage
cilantro
tomatoes
lemon
red chillies, such as chiles de arbol
green chillies, jalapeno or serrano

Dry Goods:
high heat vegetable oil, canola, safflower, or rice
kosher or sea salt
all-purpose flour

Proteins:
ground chicken thighs, or other ground meat that is available

Spices:
(Note: it’s okay if you don’t have all of the spices!)
ground turmeric
cayenne pepper
ground coriander
ground cumin seeds
white sesame seeds
fenugreek seeds
Sichuan peppercorns
ground white pepper or black pepper

Large saute pan or medium pot
Small pot for boiling water or kettle if you have one
Cutting board and knife
Measuring cups and spoons
2 medium mixing bowls
immersion blender or food processor
