unsalted high fat butter (Plugra, Kerry Gold, or any other European-style butter works well)
whole milk
egg

Dry Goods / Pantry:
instant yeast
granulated sugar
bread flour plus more for dusting
kosher salt
mini chocolate chips

Equipment List:
Kitchen scale (it is very important to measure your ingredients for class by weight for these recipes)
Thermometer
Stand mixer with dough hook or hand mixer with dough hook attachments
Rolling pin
Whisk or fork
Chef’s knife
Cutting board
Plastic wrap
2 sheet trays
Ruler
Silicone spatula or bowl scraper
