Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
neutral oil (like safflower or grapeseed)
baking soda
regular or light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
Shaoxing wine
cornstarch
sesame oil
chicken broth
oyster sauce
fermented black beans
sugar

Proteins:
flank or skirt steak
eggs

Spices:
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Chinese 5-spice
