We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:
Beef and kimchi mandu with smoked paprika dough and chili soy dipping sauce
Miso potato mandu with nori dough and whipped roasted garlic sauce

Shopping List:

mung bean sprouts
Russet potatoes

ricotta cheese

Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour
roasted nori (seaweed sheets)
toasted sesame oil
soy sauce
white miso
rice vinegar
black vinegar
neutral oil such as canola or safflower
kosher salt

firm tofu
ground beef

freshly ground black pepper
smoked paprika
gochugaru, Korean fine chili flake

Equipment List:
Knife and cutting board
Rolling pin
3 or 4 inch round cookie cutter, if using the pasta roller method
Blender or food processor
Spice grinder, to make nori powder. Blender would be ok, but the powder will be coarser.
1 large pot
2 large mixing bowls
2 medium mixing bowls
1 small mixing bowl
Large frying pan with lid, non-stick is preferable, but not required

Optional Equipment (these makes the process easier, but not necessary):
KitchenAid Mixer with dough hook attachment
Pasta machine, either hand crank one or an attachment for the KitchenAid
