On today’s menu:
Almond Macarons
Blackberry Mascarpone Filling

Produce:
blackberries

Dairy:
large eggs
unsalted butter
cream cheese
mascarpone

Dry Goods / Pantry:
blanched almond meal or almond flour
powdered sugar
kosher salt
baker’s sugar
gel food coloring – purple or color of choice (optional)
powdered sugar

Equipment List:
Stand mixer or hand mixer
Spatula
Mesh strainer/sifter
2 sheet pans
Macaron template (we will email to you!)
2 sheets of parchment paper (Note: will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
Piping bag (Note: will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
Round piping tip approximately 1/2-inch diameter (like the Wilton 1A or the Ateco #805) (Note: will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
Saucepan
2 small mixing bowls
Spreader or butter knife (optional for filling macarons)
