chicken stock
chicken bouillon cubes

long grain white rice
hot sauce

turmeric powder
cayenne pepper
white pepper

bay leaves
smoked paprika

fresh ground black pepper

Equipment List:
2 cutting boards
1 medium bowl for seasoning chicken
1 small bowl for shrimp
1 large bowl for the cabbage slaw
A wooden spoon for stirring
Food processor
1 rubber spatula
1 mesh strainer to rinse the rice
Box grater
Gloves for handling the hot peppers
1 medium frying pan
1 medium pot with a lid for rice
