We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:

Shopping List:

1-2 bundles of fresh mint, enough for 1 cup (1 ounce) fresh mint leaves once picked

1 1/4 cup (10 ounces/ 2 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
3 tablespoons whole milk or heavy cream
1 egg

Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour
cocoa powder
chocolate (semi-sweet, milk, or a combo)
quick-cooking oats
creamy or crunchy peanut butter (recommended brand: Adams)
granulated sugar
light brown sugar
powdered sugar
baking soda
baking powder
vanilla extract
peppermint extract (optional)
coconut oil
whole pecans (optional)
kosher salt
flake salt

cinnamon (optional)

Equipment List:
Food processor
Mixing bowls, various sizes
Small bowl for glaze
Sharp knife
Hand-mixer (can also use a stand mixer or mix things by hand, but a hand mixer is recommended if you have it!)
Whisk or fork
1-2 rubber spatulas
Cookie sheets
Cooling racks
Heatproof bowl that can fit over a small sauce pot, to melt chocolate
Plastic wrap
Small spoon or cookie scoop
Tasting spoons (aka everyday teaspoons)
Bench Scraper (optional)
