We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! Below is a list to take grocery shopping before class, as well as the equipment you’ll need (in case you want to double-check your kitchen cupboards). We’ll send the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link a few days before class. 

On today’s menu:
Spiced Almond Macarons
Maple Swiss Buttercream

Shopping List: 

Dairy:
eggs
unsalted butter

Dry Goods / Pantry:
blanched almond meal or almond flour
powdered sugar
ground cinnamon
ground nutmeg
ground ginger
kosher salt
baker’s sugar
maple syrup
gel food coloring – purple or color of choice (optional)

Equipment List:
Stand mixer with whisk attachment or hand mixer
Rubber spatula
Mesh strainer/sifter
2 sheet pans
Macaron template (we will email to you!)
2 sheets of parchment paper
Piping bag (or a large zip-lock bag)
Round piping tip approximately 1/2-inch diameter (like the Wilton 1A or the Ateco #805) Saucepan
Spreader or butter knife (optional for filling macarons)
