We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:

Dairy:
unsalted butter
egg

Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
powdered sugar
malted milk powder
meringue powder
cream of tartar
baking soda
kosher salt
vanilla (or other favorite extract of your choice, for the cookies)
almond extract
Liquid food coloring for icing (classic colors: pastel pink, blue, yellow, orange, and green)

Decorations (Optional):
Sprinkles (sanding sugar, coarse sugar, jimmies, nonpareils, quins, or dragees)
Jelly beans
Shredded coconut
Powdered sugar

Equipment List:
Mixing bowl for dry ingredients
Small bowl for cracking eggs
Silicone spoon or spatula
Stand mixer with a paddle attachment
2-4 cookie sheets
Spatula
Parchment paper
Cooling racks
Containers for icing (I like deli containers with lids!)
#2-sized piping tip (optional)
Toothpicks
3-4 piping bags (or freezer thickness quart-sized ziploc bags) (Note: will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
