Dry Goods / Pantry:
diced mild green hatch chilies
masa harina (Masienda has incredible ready-to-use masa! It is available online, or at the Pantry.)
high heat oil (such as safflower oil )
all-purpose flour
vegetable stock or chicken stock
passata, tomato puree, or ground chopped tomatoes
kosher salt

Protein:
ground beef (75% lean 25% fat)

Spices:
bay leaf
chili powder
ground cumin
Mexican oregano

Tortilla press (or a rolling pin, large piece of parchment paper and a flat bottomed pot)
