dark chocolate (not chips)
unsweetened chocolate (not chips)
milk chocolate (not chips)
semi sweet chocolate chips (yes! chips for this one!)
baking soda
kosher salt
sweetened condensed milk
vanilla extract
mini marshmallows
salted toasted walnuts (or other favorite nuts)
creamy peanut butter (no stir)
powdered sugar
Pan spray
mini cupcake liners

Equipment List:
Small saucepan
Medium saucepan (to make a bain marie)
Heat-safe bowl (to make a bain marie)
1 or 2 small bowls (for holding ingredients)
Silicone spatula
Measuring spoons and cups
8-inch square baking pan
Parchment paper or aluminum foil
Baking sheet or large plate (to hold peanut butter cups)
Cutting board
