On today’s menu:
One stromboli with Italian meats and cheeses
One stromboli with roasted broccolini and mozzarella
Homemade marinara
Homemade alfredo sauce

Shopping List:
Produce:
– 1 clove garlic
– 1 bunch of broccolini

Dry Goods:
– 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can tomatoes in their juice, whole or diced are fine
– 4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2 1/4 teaspoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon instant yeast
– 1 teaspoon flakey sea salt

Dairy:
– 4 ounces parmesan cheese
– 5 ounces unsalted butter
– 12 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
– 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 2 tablespoons cream cheese

Proteins:
– 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
– 4 ounces sliced capicola
– 4 ounces sliced salami

Spices:
– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– Kosher salt
– Black pepper
