We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then two days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On today’s menu:
– Soft pretzel dough
– Cheese dipping sauce
– Peanut butter stuffed pretzels
– Chocolate dipping sauce

Shopping List:
Dairy:
– butter
– cream cheese
– whole milk
–  medium cheddar cheese
– heavy cream

Proteins:
– egg

Dry Goods / Pantry:
– bread flour
– instant yeast
– malt syrup (or honey)
– pretzel salt
– sodium hydroxide (food grade lye)
– creamy peanut butter
– brown sugar
– sugar
– all-purpose flour
– Worcestershire sauce
– chopped semi-sweet chocolate (or chocolate chips)
– bourbon
– kosher salt

Spices:
– mustard powder

Equipment List:
– Stand mixer (or lots of elbow grease!)
– 3 cookie sheets
– 2 silicone baking sheets (not required but very helpful!)
– Parchment paper
– Medium saucepan
– Small saucepan
– Heat-safe bowl that can hold about a quart
– Large cooking pot that can hold 1 1/2 gallons (not an aluminum or non stick pot!)
– Spider or large slotted spoon
– Rolling pin
– 16-inch inch piping bag (reusable or plastic) or a gallon-sized zip lock bag
