On today’s menu:
Fried Apple Dutch Baby with Apple Cider Syrup
Red Pepper, Leek and Potato Frittata

Non-Alcoholic suggestion : Apple cinnamon kombucha

Shopping List:

– red potatoes
– red bell peppers
– leeks
– dill
– crispy apple (pink lady, honeycrisp)

– eggs
– whole milk
– butter
– Parmigiano-Reggiano (or grana padano)
– ricotta

Dry Goods / Pantry:
– extra virgin olive oil
– non-alcoholic apple cider
– brown sugar
– apple cider vinegar
– all-purpose flour
– vanilla extract

– Kosher salt, for seasoning to taste
– Black pepper, for seasoning to taste
– cinnamon
– freshly grated nutmeg
– Aleppo pepper

Equipment List:
– 10-inch cast iron skillet ( 8” is too small; 12’ can work, but your final dishes will be thinner)
