We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On the menu:
Chocolate-dipped cannoli with ricotta cream, cherries, and toasted pistachios
Cannoli with espresso mascarpone cream

Shopping List:

whole milk
heavy cream
mascarpone cheese

Dry Goods / Pantry:
all-purpose flour
white wine
high heat oil
kosher salt
coconut oil
powdered sugar
brandied cherries
espresso powder


Equipment List:

6 cannoli forms (these are metal tubes you will by frying your cannoli on so they’re not optional)
Stand mixer (optional, I’m going to be making my dough by hand)
1 3.5-4 inch round biscuit cutter
2-3 medium bowls
2 large piping bags or 2 gallon-sized ziploc bags
Hand mixer or stand mixer
1 medium pot for frying
Metal tongs
Frying thermometer
Fine strainer
Piece of cheesecloth for straining the ricotta, optional but recommended
Cookie sheet with cooling rack or a plate lined with paper towels
2 small bowls for your fillings
1 little dish or glass for your egg white
Pan spray
Double boiler or microwave-safe bowl
Cutting board and knife
2 kitchen towels
Rolling pin
Pan spray or some extra high heat oil
