Pasta roller – KitchenAid attachment, hand-crank roller, or rolling pin
Large pot for cooking pasta
Wide pan or pot with a lid for cooking artichokes
Frying pan for making cacio e pepe sauce
Spider strainer, tongs, or something to transfer pasta from boiling water to cacio e pepe sauce pan
Large bowl of acidulated water for artichokes
Small bowl for artichoke herb mixture
Cutting board
