unsalted butter
large eggs
whole milk
heavy whipping cream
mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)

Dry Goods / Pantry:
baking powder
all-purpose flour
granulated sugar
kosher salt
raspberry or strawberry jam
confectioner’s sugar
walnut halves
vanilla extract
instant coffee granules OR  instant espresso powder

Equipment List:
8” round cake tin
Quarter size sheet pan (13×9 inches, 3/4” high) (will be included if you purchase an ingredients kit)
Sheet pan (any size)
2 sheets of large parchment paper
Whisk
Stand mixer with paddle and whisk attachment (or a handheld mixer)
