We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.
On the menu:
Homemade Egg Noodles
Lettuces with Fresh Rhubarb, Green Onion, Dried Cherries, Dill & a Simple Vinaigrette
parsley OR dill OR chives, or a mix of all 3!
bibb or butter lettuce
Dry Goods / Pantry:
red wine vinegar
beef rump or sirloin
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Heavy bottomed pot
Gallon ziplock bag
Pot for boiling water
Spider or colander for cooked pasta
