Basics of Bubbly – Shopping & Equipment List
We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then a few days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.
Wine List:
1 bottle Col Sandago, Vigna Del Cuc, Prosecco Superiore, Brut
1 bottle Gaston Chiquet, Tradition RM, Champagne
1 bottle Jané Ventura, De La Música, Cava Brut Nature Reserva, 2016
Alternative wines:
If you are not in Seattle, or can’t make it to the Pantry to pick up a wine tasting pack, I recommend seeking out your choice of Prosecco, Champagne and Cava from your favorite wine shop.

1 small empty water bottle with lid
1 funnel
1 jug hot tap water (105° F–115° F)
