We are so excited to host you in our upcoming class! One week before class we will email everyone the complete shopping list and then two days before class we will email the detailed recipe packet and a Zoom link. Until then, below is a list of ingredients and equipment that you’ll need.

On today’s menu:
Fresh-baked bagels
Tangy tarragon, dill, and lemon cream cheese
Sweet honey, cinnamon, and walnut schmear

Shopping List:
Produce:
lemon
Fresh dill
Fresh tarragon

Dairy:
eggs
cream cheese
sour cream or greek yogurt (optional)

Dry Goods / Pantry:
bread flour
instant yeast
sugar
honey
walnuts
vanilla extract
A little bit of oil (to oil your bowl! whatever you have is fine.)

Spices:
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
cinnamon
Whatever toppings you want! Some ideas:
Flakey salt
Sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
Everything seasoning (poppy seeds, sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, granulated garlic, granulated onion)

Equipment List:
few large bowls
few small bowls
2 sheet trays
Parchment paper
pastry brush
large pot (at least 6 quarts)
cooling rack (a cookie one is fine)
spider, or something to pull the bagels out of the hot water
stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment (it’s not a make-or-break piece of equipment! you can do it by hand.)
