Shopping List:
This shopping list is for one of each cocktail. We suggest making one of each cocktail per every two people participating in the class.
Produce:
– 4 lemons
– 1 orange
– 2 ounces fresh ginger
– Pineapple wedges, for garnish
– Edible garden flowers, to garnish
Booze:
– 6 1/2 ounces Johnnie Walker Double Black Whisky
– 1/2 ounce St. Germain
– 2 ounces Carpano Antica Sweet
– 1/4 ounce Fernet Branca
– Angostura bitters
Dry Goods / Pantry:
– 6 ounce bottle soda water
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 ounce pineapple juice
– Candied ginger, for garnish (optional)
Other:
– 1 egg
– About 4 quarts ice

– (1) cocktail shaker
– (1) mixing glass
– (1) bar spoon
