On the menu:
Homemade spaghetti noodles
Classic beef meatballs and homemade tomato sauce
Toasted garlic bread

Produce:
yellow onions
garlic
parsley
rosemary

Dairy:
whole milk
ricotta
Parmesan cheese
Pecorino Romano cheese
butter

Dry Goods / Pantry:
bread flour (or all-purpose flour)
olive oil
neutral high heat cooking oil, such as safflower
fine semolina flour
kosher salt
whole peeled canned tomatoes in juice
sourdough bread or French baguette
breadcrumbs, panko will also work!

Proteins:
eggs
ground beef (15% fat)
ground pork (or substitute more ground beef)

Spices:
freshly ground black pepper
red chili flake
ground nutmeg
dried oregano

Rolling pin or pasta machine
Measuring cups
Mixing bowls
Kitchen knife
Baking sheet
Small saucepan
Large cast iron or nonstick skillet
Large pot with a lid for pasta water
Medium sized sauce pot with a lid, about 2- 3 quarts

Bench scraper (optional)
