To Go: Winter in Marrakesh – January

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: NEIL DUNCANSON‘s Winter in Marrakesh menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.

Roasted carrots with feta, herbs, and pistachio lime vinaigrette

Beef meatballs in spiced tomato sauce

Herbed couscous with almonds and preserved lemon

Saffron-roasted winter squash with green olive salsa verde, currants, and pine nuts

Almond chocolate ghriba cookies

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the beef meatballs with spiced chickpea “meatballs”. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
