To Go: Tuscany in Fall – October

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: MARIE RUTHERFORD’Tuscany in Fall menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.

Braised pork shoulder with mushrooms, sage, and rosemary

Roasted delicata squash with creamed chard and garlic-black pepper breadcrumbs

Radicchio and grilled fennel with onion, red wine vinegar, and honey

White beans and kale with parmesan and basil dressing

Torta Mantovana (almond and pine nut cake) with apple cider caramel

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the pork shoulder with roasted cauliflower, creamy polenta, almonds, and herbs. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.

We’re now licensed to sell wine, so you can purchase a bottle of red, white, or rosé to go with your dinner when you pick up your meal!
