To Go: French Farmhouse Supper – November

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: RENEE BEAUDOIN’s French Farmhouse Supper  menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 5-6:30pm.

Spatchcock roast chicken with rosemary cider sauce, caramelized onions, and grilled sourdough

Creamy rosemary white beans with parmesan garlic broth and wilted bloomsdale spinach

Roasted carrots and parsnips with sage, hazelnuts, and black pepper creme fraiche

Frisée and radicchio salad with a Provensal herb dressing and goat cheese

Rustic pear frangipane tart with whipped farmhouse yogurt

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the chicken with caramelized cauliflower with slow roasted shallots, pickled apples, and walnuts. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
