To Go: Tex Mex – December

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: BECKY SELENGUT‘s favorite Tex Mex dishes. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.

Charred poblano, corn, and jack cheese spoon bread

Blistered broccoli rabe with grilled Meyer lemon vinaigrette

Crunchy jicama, mango, and lime salad with toasted peanuts

Slow-braised beef brisket with chiles, pintos, and herby sour cream

Fritos

Butterscotch pudding with sour cream whip and cocoa nibs

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the slow-braised beef with an extra portion of chili-pinto bean stew with toasted cashews. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
