To Go: Nashville Hot Chicken Plate – January

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: LAURA PYLESNashville Hot Chicken Plate menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.

Fried hot chicken thighs with sliced Texas toast and homemade bread and butter pickles

Wedge salad with bacon and buttermilk ranch dressing

Baked mac-and-cheese with herbed breadcrumbs

Braised collards with chow chow relish

Bake-at-home bourbon pecan brownies with whipped cream

 

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the chicken with fried hot cauliflower with sliced Texas toast and homemade bread and butter pickles. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
