Black bean and chorizo fritters and creamy avocado tomatillo dip
Pozole roja with tostadas, onions, cilantro, lime, and radishes
Chicken tinga (braised chicken thighs with charred tomato sauce)
Wedge salad with a cilantro crema, pickled fresno chilies, toasted pumpkin seed buttermilk crumble, and queso fresco
Spiced chocolate torte with cinnamon whipped cream
The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the braised chicken with jackfruit. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
