To Go: Dinner in Normandy – December

Tonight we do the cooking! On the menu: MARIE RUTHERFORD’Dinner in Normandy menu. Each ticket is for 2 generous servings, packaged family-style, ready to be picked up between 4:30-6pm.

Cider braised pork shoulder with winter vegetables and creme fraiche

Buttery white rice with roasted leeks

Salted caramelized apples with onions, melty greens, and walnuts

Roasted cauliflower and andouille with crispy shallot and herb caper relish

Far Normand (apple & calvados baked custard/flan)

The meal can be made vegetarian by replacing the pork shoulder with herb-roasted mushrooms. If you would like a vegetarian meal, please select that option when you register.
