The Indian Table – January

It takes some knowledge to deftly work with the vast array of aromatic spices in Indian cuisine. Luckily for all of us Shama Joshi has the expertise and passion to make the world of Indian flavors accessible to home cooks. For this cold weather menu, Shama will teach you how to cook creamy and rich winter greens saag-paneer paired with spiced yogurt raita. To soak up all that goodness, you’ll learn how to make a soulful rice dish of winter vegetable pulao with ghee-roasted spices.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
