The Indian Table – December

Indian flavors can be as vast and diverse as the country itself. So we are thrilled to welcome Shama Joshi for this class focusing on some of her favorite recipes for a chilly winter day. You’ll make winter greens saag-paneer; winter vegetable pulao with ghee-roasted spices; and spiced yogurt raita while learning how to coax the most out of your spices and how to balance flavors.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
