The Holiday Snack Board – December

If you’ve found yourself as intimidated as we are by the picture-perfect cheese plates smattered across social media, then join Laura Pyles for this class on taking your own holiday snack board to the next level! You learn how to select and pair cheese with different flavors, how to compose stunning snack boards, and batch-make cocktails ahead of time. You’ll make candied nuts with paprika and mustard and marinated castelvetrano olives with orange and rosemary, and sage and sea salt lavash crackers that you can cover with smoked trout dip with dill and sweet onion. You’ll toast the season with sparkling pear winter punch and break out the camera to show off your works of snackable art. This class is for guests that are 21 and over.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
