Sunday Supper: Irish Stew – January

Ireland is known for many things: whiskey, shamrocks, and step dancing to name a few, but too many people don’t recognize the abundance of wonderful food Ireland has to offer. The timeless pub classic Irish stew has been nourishing souls for centuries and the chilly winter months are the best time to cook up a pot of your own. Let Laura Pyles teach you the steps to building a perfect lamb or beef stew  (you choose!) along with black pepper and sea salt Irish soda bread to sop up all the delicious gravy. You’ll finish out your hearty meal with a cauliflower cheese bake, since no pub meal would be complete without some Irish cheddar.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.

All events are listed in Pacific Time.
