Traditionally eaten across south Asia for breakfast (especially with a cup of chai!), freshly made parathas are a delicious treat for any time of day. So join Hina Mughal as she teaches you how about traditional Punjabi ingredients as you mix and shape your own flakey homemade parathas. You’ll learn a few ways to stuff them with aloo palak (spinach and potato) filling, how to cook them in ghee, and then dip them in hara raita (yogurt dip with herbs).
This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
