Steakhouse Classics – October

Want to get dressed up and enjoy a classic steakhouse dinner without leaving the house? Then join JAY GUERRERO as he teaches you how to cook up a menu that would make Delmonico’s proud. You’ll learn about the best way to prepare any cut of steak to get a crispy, crusty exterior that’s the perfect temperature all the way through. Along with your reverse-seared New York strip steak, you’ll make all the sides you could want: black pepper and blue cheese sauce, crispy potato roesti, and a classic Caesar salad.

This is a live, hands-on cooking class held in your kitchen via Zoom. Class is meant to be as interactive as it would be at our table, with the instructor teaching you how to prepare each recipe. Each class ticket is for one kitchen, and we welcome group cooking on the same screen. All recipes are designed for four servings.
